Today is THE day. Enough is enough. No more excuses. No more reasons why I shouldn’t be the best and most fit version of myself. I have the means financially, physically and mentally to be this woman I see. The woman who is on top of her game. So what the hell am I waiting for?
Meal plan started today and although I’m already over chicken, I’ve found some amazing new treats like these Turkey Meatloaf Muffins. Oh and if you haven’t already, make sure to check out BodyBuilding.com. This site not only has great workout tips and inspirational stories but a shit ton of meal and workout plans to choose from. Today I’ve started Jamie Eason’s Livefit Trainer. Bring on the 12 week transformation. The before photos are a little scary so if that’s not motivating enough then I have major issues.
As I continue in this journey, which I haven’t even been through day 1 yet, I’ll for sure keep you posted. Don’t worry. It won’t be boring and me bitching about what I don’t like.
